According to CoinDesk, Pixion Games, a Web3 game studio supported by Avalanche, has completed a $5.5 million seed funding round. Investors include Avalanche Foundation's Blizzard Fund, Shima Capital, and ReadyPlayerDAO. These funds will be used to develop the studio's flagship Web3 game, "Fableborne." The game is currently inviting players to participate in testing and is planned to be publicly released next year.
